Returns
We accept returns only in case of:

Damaged product

Defective product

Wrong item delivered

To request a return, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and product photos.

Conditions for Return

Product must be unused and in original packaging

Return request must be approved before sending the product back

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Please note that handloom products may have slight irregularities, which are a natural part of handcrafted items and not considered defects.
